• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the 1st of each month, or annually for those who choose to pay upfront and save 15%.
• Plan Upgrades/Downgrades: Subscribers can upgrade or downgrade their plan at the end of each billing cycle. Any changes will take effect in the following month.
• Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, services may be paused until payment is made.
• Cancellation Policy: Subscribers can cancel at any time with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellations after this period will take effect the following month.
• Refunds: Refunds are not provided for unused services in a billing cycle. Annual subscribers who cancel will receive a pro-rated refund minus any discounts received.
